Millions of years ago, when humankind traveled in small to medium sized groups, we learned to cling together; rely on each other and look after each other. We wanted to be a part of something bigger than ourselves, part of which was just pure safety, a lone individual could & would be easy prey for either an animal or another rival group.
That desire to be a part of something bigger than ourselves still exists today, we join groups, clubs & organiztions in our own personal quest to ease the loneliness out there. When we do, we feel a sense of belonging, acceptance & purpose. Too many times though, we try to fight these feelings because we don’t understand how they are totally interwoven into our brains.
Ask yourself this: “Are there others like me that put principles above personalities?” , the answer is YES there are.
You owe it to yourself to take a few minutes to explore this site. There are blogs, stories and much more where you can learn more about yourself and what “could be”. i think you owe it yourself, but more importanly do you?
