I listen to The Constrainment before I reached study nine after reading Goddess Cathy’s description of it. I had to, and now I can’t wait until I’m done with Her other eight studies so I can listen to it often. I listened to it twice on a loop, HIGHLY recommended, and just let Goddess Cathy take over. As with many of Goddess’ sessions, I never heard anything like it before. It is an amazing session and that’s all I’ll say about it. This is one you need to experience for yourself. A great, great session by Goddess Cathy.
