I must begin with the statement, the experience of Inception is unlike anything hypnotic you have ever listened to before, it is a brand new and most certainly unique experience. I also sense that I am in the midst of writing a review in a style I have never quite done before.
Entrainment is a term that I have only recently become familiar with, my research has turned up rather vague definitions of it’s complete meaning. However one thing that has come up consistently is synchronization. In context here, entrainment is the ability to synchronize thoughts and dreams, a sort of melding of minds. The stronger mind having significant influence over the weaker mind.
Inception is the act of placing a thought or idea into an individual’s mind in such a way the individual understands the idea as their own created from within their own mind. Normal guided hypnosis involves a hypnotist providing suggestions to a subject, the subconscious mind always knows and understands the suggestion did not come from within, rather from the hypnotist. These types of suggestions may and often do have a profound effect on a subject, but they still come from an external source and a subjects subconscious has the ability to either accept or reject them.
An idea that comes from within is already underneath that subconscious shield. Ponder this and you will begin to understand the power of inception. The true power comes from the seed that is planted and may grow to the point it becomes life changing.
I listened to Goddess Cathy’s Inception several times, and found it difficult to understand on a conscious level. Then I watched the movie Inception and listened to the file again, that most certainly facilitated my ability to understand to the point I am now able to write about it. However I must point out that I now also understand, watching the movie was indeed only for the benefit of my conscious mind for I know all along my subconscious mind understood perfectly.
Initially I had this sense that there were the three studies, The Reinforcement, and The Puppetry. It’s easy to see these five files all go together. Then there is Inception which my impressions were along the lines of extracurricular, an optional thing, a slight diversion perhaps. Now I know those initial thoughts were completely wrong. Inception is very much a part of the whole, they all fit together. It’s all like another section of a road map. As I ponder that thought I become in awe of not only Goddess Cathy’s brilliance, but also of the amazing gift she has to share.
I flash back to the first time that I watched The Ensconcing, one of the first things she says, “you trust Goddess Cathy.” I found myself agreeing, I do trust Goddess Cathy, but now reflect how could that be? Listening to her voice for fifteen seconds, I trust her, I feel safe, I feel that I am home, have I been here before? Is this really the first time that I have met her? Everything that I am able to pull up in my memories tell me that was the first time I had ever heard her voice, yet somehow my feelings and reactions suggest otherwise.
There is something always consistent in her files, is the feeling of warmth, a closeness and connection with her. Inception is a leap of faith, but Goddess Cathy is right there to protect and look out for you, the bonds tighten.
The core concept of inception suggests it is not possible for me to know if it worked or not. Perhaps I have expressed an idea here that reveals that it did work, however only Goddess Cathy would be able to recognize. That thought brings to me even a greater feeling of warmth.
