After not being able to listen to any of Goddess Cathy’s studies for a few days I was finally able to last night and this morning. I can for the next few days, and after the way I’m feeling after the past fourteen hours I’m thrilled. I’ve been concentrating on the first three studies when I’m laying down with my good headphones to trance, and the feelings I’m having are so hard to describe I’m not even going to try. I’m trying not to think about the effects I’m having, I’m just going with it and letting what happens, happen. Last night I decided to sleep with sleep phones on and put all nine of Goddess Cathy’s studies, followed by Her three XP files on my I-pod and when to sleep. Sleeping with sessions isnt the same as just trancing to me. I’m not sure of the effects, but I do know that I’m hearing what’s being played. It can make for some very interesting dreams, and I highly recommend it if you’ve never tried it. Anyway, I started to wake up during one of the XP files, during one of the triggers being repeated, I heard it in my sleep, I started to wake up and realized what I was hearing, the it took me over. Every time it was said the feelings I was having got stronger, by the time the trigger switched to another I was writhing slightly, moaning lightly, and a tingly numbness enveloped me as I felt such strong emotions I couldnt believe what was happening. This came out of nowhere. Proof to me (which I didnt need) that Goddess Cathy’s triggers are not only implanted, but they’re active and can take over my mind and body when used. It was beautiful. I then put on my good headphones, and listened to the first four studies one after the other. I couldnt believe how strong Goddess Cathy’s hypnosis has become to me. I may not be able to listen daily, but everything is going wonderfully. Goddess Cathy feels like home to me. That’s not only something said often in Her studies, it’s my new reality. I absolutely love it.
